Many of the ladies have learned traditional Moroccan embroidery and other handycraft techniques.
These are being adapted to suit our more modern taste and needs.
At Association Al Kawtar we use only 100% natural fibres, cotton, linen and other vegetal fibres, some of which are imported to secure our quality standard.
All our products are embroidered, knit or crocheted by hand and therefore can be ordered individually with the material and the colours you choose and made to measure.
The prices of the products are calculated with great transpearancy: Cost of materials, cost of labour (the ladies are paid hourly wages) and 35% running costs for the Centre. Therefore we sell only at fixed prices.
